differentiating hype and reality nowadays can be difficult. This is far from a concern, though, in regards to product. This guide consists of zero hype. In fact, the book is somewhat of a a tiresome read. That's not to say that a body building publication needs to be interesting, but there's no harm in motivating the readers.
